I have worked for NOC in the india. The documentation requirement is primarily the same except certain specifics like list of fire figting equipment etc the formats differ. While the documentation is generally the same, the procedure of carrying NOC inspection and checks differ from state to state. Can't mention about other aspects like red tape, delays, ojection handling etc as applicable to such offices. If anyone has more information I too will be gladdened to know.
